Sales Conditions / Conditions Générales de Vente

These Sales Conditions govern the sale of products through lochcast.com between LochCast (operated by LochCast, French sole-proprietorship, SIRET 99336206000010) and you, the customer.

1. Products offered

LochCast currently offers the Spatium Fishhunt C pedal-drive inflatable fishing kayak and related accessories. All products are sold as-is, with the warranties stated in our Warranty page.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). As LochCast operates under the French micro-entrepreneur regime, VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Any applicable US state sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

3. Order placement

To place an order, add items to your cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. The order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order in good faith.

4. Payment methods

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • Klarna and Affirm (financing for qualifying purchases)
  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Sales tax

US state sales tax, when applicable, is calculated automatically based on your shipping state. The amount is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

6. Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel, contact Support@lochcast.com as soon as possible. We can typically cancel and refund any order that has not yet shipped (within the 1–2 business day processing window). Once shipped, the Refund Policy applies.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, starting from the date you receive the goods. To exercise this right, email Support@lochcast.com. You bear the cost of returning the goods unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

8. Shipping

9. Returns and refunds (US customers)

30-day window for defects and transit damage; refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. See our Refund Policy.

10. Warranty

Every Fishhunt C is covered by a two-year limited LochCast warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page.

11. Out-of-stock items

If an item is out of stock after your order, we contact you within 1 business day with two options: (a) wait for the next batch (with an estimated date), or (b) receive a full refund.

12. Promotions and discounts

Promotional codes are valid only as described in their terms. They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. LochCast reserves the right to revoke any promotion at any time.

14. Governing law / Droit applicable

These Sales Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
